Live printing in Indianapolis with race-day energy
Race week, convention season, stadium nights: our live printing stations turn out DTF transfers, custom hats, embroidered pieces and screen-printed tees on-site while your Indianapolis crowd watches the line move.

Indianapolis is built for a crowd. The convention corridor links thousands of hotel rooms to the Indiana Convention Center by skywalk, May turns the whole city into one long race party, and Gen Con fills downtown with people who take their souvenirs seriously. A live printing station belongs in that mix, from DTF and a hat bar to live screen printing in Indianapolis. We roll ours into your hall, hospitality suite, or festival lot, and guests walk off wearing a piece they watched come together minutes earlier.

Date, building, guest count. That's the whole first email, and the itemized Indy quote follows within 24 hours.
We dial in the art
Proofs go back and forth until the design is right. About a week out, art and blank sizes lock and the crates get packed.
We roll in & set up
Crates reach your Indianapolis dock by freight. Our printers fly in the day before, build the station and run test prints.
We print it live
Each guest chooses a design and a size and stands at the press while it's made. Two minutes later they're wearing it.

Why live
The shirt is nice.
Watching it made is the memory.
At an Indianapolis convention or a race-week tent, guests already have more free shirts than they need. What they don't have is one they chose, watched pulled on a press and carried out still warm. That's the one that gets worn, and the line to get it is the best advertising your booth will get all week.

Questions
Good to know
For most Indy events, $5K to $15K covers everything. A two-hour party in Broad Ripple sits near the bottom of that range and a three-day convention booth near the top. Travel is a single flat line, so a bigger crowd brings the per-shirt cost down. Send the details and the itemized version arrives within 24 hours.
Up to 60 an hour from one press. We usually bring two presses and two printers to Indianapolis, which pushes a steady line past 100 an hour, with each guest waiting about two minutes for their shirt. Here's how we size live printing for an Indianapolis crowd.
Floor space of roughly 10×10 ft for each station, plus two 120V circuits nobody else is using. Everything else ships in with us. Downtown halls sell that power through exhibitor services, so put the order in early; hotels and lofts usually just need to keep catering off our circuit.
Six to ten weeks out. The gear ships from Fullerton as freight and the crew flies in a day early, so freight sets the pace. For race week in May or Gen Con in August, treat eight weeks as the floor. If your date is closer, ask anyway and we'll tell you straight.
Live t-shirt printing is only the start. We also run hats at a build-your-own bar, full-color DTF pieces with names, stitched embroidery, and printed totes and drinkware. Plenty of Indy events pair a tee press with one of those.
Yes, anywhere in Central Indiana: Carmel, Fishers, Speedway, Greenwood and beyond. Home base is Fullerton, CA, 1,794 miles away in a straight line, so the gear ships freight and the crew flies in a day early. Travel and lodging are one line on your quote, so there's one number to approve.
Yes. Put the press at the back of your Indiana Convention Center booth, or in a sponsor lounge nearby, and badge holders walk away with a shirt, cap or tote made for them. Our live printing booth plan covers power orders, dock windows and marshalling slots from the day you book.
The printers, the presses and dryers, the blanks, shipping the gear and flying the crew in, the build and the strike, and every print made during your hours. It's all on one itemized Indianapolis quote.
From the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, hotel ballrooms, and private spaces, our mobile stations scale to the room. We print live at conventions, corporate events, festivals, and activations across Downtown, Mass Ave, Broad Ripple, and Fountain Square. Kickoffs, summits and offsites have a page of their own for live printing for Indianapolis corporate events. Outdoor stages and arena shows have their own page for live printing for Indianapolis festivals.
