Speedway is the town wrapped around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and its event calendar follows the track. May is the big one. Race week turns the whole area into hospitality tents, sponsor setups and client suites, and a live station gives those guests something to do besides wait for the green flag.
Most of what we'd run here is outdoors or under canvas, so the plan starts with cover, generator or tent power, and a layout that holds up in wind. May also squeezes every schedule in the city: hotels fill, freight tightens and the crew needs to be in place early. Our gear ships from Fullerton as freight, the crew lands the day before, and for a race-week date we want at least eight weeks' notice.
What we'd put in a Speedway tent
- Live screen printing: a race-week design in team colors, printed fast for a big hospitality crowd.
- Live DTF: car numbers, driver art or a guest's name, in full color.
- Live hat bar: caps are what a race crowd actually wears, so this station runs busy.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware and totes for a client suite that wants a nicer keepsake.
Staying in town after the race, or hosting the client dinner downtown? We also cover Downtown & Convention Center, Mass Ave Arts District, Broad Ripple, Fountain Square and the rest of Indianapolis.
A station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V circuits. In a tent, confirm that power comes from its own source and not a shared catering line.
Send the tent or suite location, the race-week dates and a guest count, and you'll get an itemized quote within 24 hours.
