Broad Ripple events are social first. It's the neighborhood for nightlife, patio parties and private events, and the guest list is usually friends, coworkers or a wedding party, not a badge-scanning crowd. A live press works here as the thing to do between drinks: people wander over, pick a design and stand around talking while it's printed.
The runs are short. A two-hour cocktail party is common, so we size the station to a small footprint and a single press. Outside on a patio we need cover and a spot out of the wind, and inside we need a circuit that isn't shared with the bar. Everything ships from our Fullerton shop, 1,794 miles away, and the crew arrives the day before.
What fits a Broad Ripple party
- Live screen printing: one fun design on a tee, pulled by hand while the group watches.
- Live DTF: names, inside jokes or a photo from the birthday, printed in full color.
- Live hat bar: guests build their own cap, which gets more laughs than any favor bag.
- Promo & hard goods: a tote or a tumbler for guests who'd rather skip the shirt.
A Broad Ripple party rarely needs more than one station. Hosting elsewhere? We also cover Downtown & Convention Center, Mass Ave Arts District, Fountain Square, Speedway and the rest of Indianapolis.
One station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V circuits. On a patio, add a tent or an overhang in case the weather turns.
Send the venue, the date and roughly how many people are coming, and we'll reply with an itemized quote within 24 hours.
