Live stations
Live printing services in Indianapolis
Five stations we can put on an Indianapolis floor. A full press line suits a show day at the Indiana Convention Center, and one compact station is the right size for a Mass Ave loft or a hotel ballroom. Everything ships freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, so the build runs on your schedule.
Most Indy events run one method. The busiest run two side by side: a press for volume on the convention floor and a second station for names or hats. Each station takes roughly 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and downtown halls sell that power through exhibitor services, so order it early. One press does up to 60 shirts an hour, a two-press live screen printing line keeps a steady queue past 100, and each guest waits about two minutes. Most Indy events come in between $5K and $15K all-in. Book six to ten weeks out, and treat eight weeks as the floor for race week in May or Gen Con in August. Tell us the room and the headcount and we'll say which pair earns its space, downtown, in Broad Ripple or out in Carmel.
