Live Screen Printing in Indianapolis

A real press, real ink and a printer pulling the squeegee in front of your guests.

Screen printing is the loudest station we run, in the good sense. A printer lays the shirt on the platen, pulls ink through the screen, flash-cures it and hands it over, and the guest watches every step. For an Indianapolis event it's the right choice when one to three colors go on a lot of shirts: a team color on race-week tees, a logo for a convention floor, a design for a night at the fieldhouse. It's one of two ways we handle live t-shirt printing in Indianapolis; the other is DTF, for full-color art.

We bring the whole kit by freight from Fullerton, 1,794 miles away in a straight line: presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks, tables and the crew. It sets up in a ballroom downtown or a pop-up in Broad Ripple. A standard station runs two presses and two printers and clears 100+ shirts an hour at full speed, which keeps the line short even at a busy race-week activation.

Why a screen press for a live Indy event

It's the fastest way to print one design at volume, and plastisol ink holds up wash after wash. Convention booths and fan events around Gen Con weekend lean on it for that reason. It also pairs cleanly with a live DTF station when you want full-color art or names in the same footprint.

Planning note: every color is its own screen, so we burn them before the crates leave Fullerton. Lock the art about a week out and the screens are ready when the crew lands in Indianapolis.

Two details to start

A date and a guest count is enough.

From those two we can check the freight calendar to Indianapolis, pick the press count and price it line by line.

Ship a press to your Indy event

Freight leaves Fullerton ahead of you, and the crew lands the day before doors.
