We freight the presses, ink and blanks from our Fullerton shop to your Indianapolis venue, fly the crew in a day before load-in, build and test the station, then print each guest's shirt, hat or tote in front of them in about two minutes. When the event wraps, we strike and ship it all home.
Indianapolis is 1,794 miles from the shop as the crow flies, so a job here is planned backward from the freight date. Here's how the four stages usually fall:
- Brief and quote. You send the date, the room and a rough headcount. Within 24 hours you get an itemized quote with the travel line already in it.
- Art and blanks. We proof the designs and lock the blank order about a week out, sized XS–4XL to your crowd. After that the crates leave for Indiana.
- Load-in. At the Indiana Convention Center that means a dock time and a marshalling slot. In a Mass Ave Arts District space it's usually just a door and a lift. The crew is already in town, so the build happens on your schedule.
- Print and strike. Guests pick a design and a size, watch it go down on the press, and wear it out. We tear down around your run-of-show and the gear rides freight back west.
The setup is the same whether it's a Lucas Oil Stadium suite level, a hotel ballroom on the skywalk or a tent in a festival lot: a 10×10 footprint and two dedicated circuits per station. If your date moves, tell us at least two weeks ahead, because the freight is booked against it. Tell us about your event and we'll map the load-in.
