Most Indianapolis live printing events come in between $5,000 and $15,000 all-in. Our shop in Fullerton is 1,794 miles away as the crow flies, so the presses go by freight and the crew flies in before load-in. That travel shows up as one fixed line on the quote, which means the crowd size, the hours and the blanks you pick move your total far more than the distance does.
The four things that set an Indy price
- How many people you're printing for. More shirts means more presses, more printers and more blanks in the crates.
- How long the station runs. A two-hour cocktail party in Broad Ripple is a much smaller quote than three days in an Indiana Convention Center booth.
- What goes on the table. A basic tee, a retail-fit shirt and a heavyweight hoodie for a cold-weather date are very different blank costs.
- How many stations. Adding a hat bar or a second press grows the crew and the footprint.
Because the travel line doesn't grow with the guest list, bigger Indianapolis events get better per-shirt math. A 600-person activation downtown doesn't cost twice what a 300-person one does. If a number has to come down, shorten the run or pick a simpler blank before you trim the crowd.
The fastest route to a real figure is to send your date, venue and headcount. You'll have an itemized quote in 24 hours, and our pricing page walks through each line on it.
