Search for screen printing in Indianapolis and you mostly get shops where you drop off a file and pick up boxes a week later. Ours happens at the event. The screen press is one of five stations we bring, next to DTF, a hat bar, embroidery and promo goods, and every shirt is pulled in front of the person who's going to wear it.
A screen press at your venue
The print is the same plastisol, same screens, same durability you'd get from a shop order. The difference is where it happens. At a race-week hospitality tent, a Gen Con booth or a convention center aisle, the pull at the press is what draws the crowd, and the finished shirt is the reason they stay. It's also the most efficient way to put one design on a lot of shirts.
What we screen print live
- Tees and tanks: the classic, sized XS to 4XL.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: heavier pieces that feel like a real gift on a cold Indianapolis night.
- Totes and flat goods: they print quickly and carry your logo around the hall.
Serving Indianapolis and Central Indiana
We set up anywhere from the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium downtown to a corporate campus in Carmel. Our shop is in Fullerton, so the gear ships freight and the crew flies in a day ahead. Each press prints up to 60 shirts an hour, and a two-press station clears 100+.
Quick estimate: send your headcount and hours, and we'll size a screen-print setup for your Indianapolis venue with an itemized quote inside 24 hours.

Indianapolis planning
Screens are burned before the trip
Every color needs its own screen, and we burn them at the Fullerton shop before the crates go out by freight to Indianapolis. That's why art locks about a week out. Once the crew is on site, the screens go on the press and the first shirt comes off within minutes of doors.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits.
